The Palms has superb dining options, including the Palmerie restaurant, which offers sumptuous buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. It also features an à la carte menu with treats from all over the world and a pasta corner. Al Muhallab Seafood showcases Kuwait’s traditional cuisine, with views over the Gulf. It is decorated in authentic Kuwaiti style, complete with antique furnishings. Tagine, the authentic Moroccan restaurant, offers sumptuous Moroccan delights in a captivating ambiance, complete with live Andalusia music. The Pool Bar is an outdoor oasis where guests can relax on lounge chairs beneath the palm trees and sample exotic cocktails and an informal poolside lunch menu. Shogun Restaurant offers a delightful Japanese experience.

Free transfers to or from the airport can be arranged with the hotel. Some nationalities can get an entry permit stamped in their passport upon arrival at the airport. Please check your visa requirements before travelling. Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.  If modified later, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of arrival and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  15 % service charge per stay is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 6 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child from 7 to 12 years is charged KWD 5.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult stays free of charge in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
