Transfers to and from Kuwait International Airport can be arranged with the hotel for a fee. Please contact the hotel directly once you have a reservation in place for further information on this service. Some nationalities can get an entry permit stamped in their passport upon arrival at the airport. Please check your visa requirements before travelling. Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Public parking is possible at a location nearby and costs KWD 0.25 per hour.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 19:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  15 % service charge per stay is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
