The hotel provides free transfers to and from Kuwait International Airport. Some nationalities can get an entry permit stamped in their passport upon arrival at the airport. Please check your visa requirements before travelling. The hotel can arrange a visa for you after you have made your reservation. Please note there is a fee for canceling the visa.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  15 % service charge per room per night is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged KWD 10.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
