If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 2.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years are charged EUR 29.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 6 to 16 years are charged EUR 39.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
