We are happy to invite you to the new hotel Verde Montana Wellness & Spa in the beautiful town of Kudowa Zdrój. The hotel Verde Montana is located in a quiet part of Kudowa Zdrój, surrounded by the mountains Góry Stołowe, not far from the Park Zdrojowy, ca. 1,5 from the main road. It is the perfect place for resting and regenerating, for the whole family. Our hotel is also the ideal venue for conferences and trainings - we have 6 conference rooms, the biggest can accommodate 300 people.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  PLN 4.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for cots in the room. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
