All rooms range from the modestly-sized superior room at 31 m² to the spacious Seasons Suite at 53 m². They are all furnished with your comfort and practicality in mind. Families and large groups also need not worry as most of the rooms are connecting rooms.

Seasons Cafe Offers a cosmopolitan mix of culinary offerings where the fusion of East and West are joined in harmony. Serves daily buffets and weekend high-teas. Lobby Lounge Among its offerings are luscious cakes and freshly baked pastries, to be enjoyed with your favourite cup of tea or coffee. O'Las O’las Indian Restaurant offers the ideal escapade for the gourmands of fine Indian food. Kasbah Bar The sensual and mystical touch of all things, Turkey welcome guests as they step into this Middle Eastern inspired rendezvous. Seasons Crest Lounge Breakfast is served daily and refreshments are available throughout the day. What’s more, current affairs are at your fingertips as CNN is brought to you live.

Wired internet access is available only in the lobby area. At Seasons Cafe, internet access can be used by guests who bring along their own laptops and is subjected to additional charges. Free broadband internet access is available only in the Seasons Crest Room. Other room types are not equipped with internet access.

Wired internet is available in some hotel rooms and costs MYR 17.50 per hour.  Wireless internet is available in public areas and charges are applicable.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5 % Tax is not included.  10 % service charge per room per night is not included.  There is no city/tourist tax. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged MYR 70.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
