Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) is one hour away by car. Parking facilities Free parking is available at Low Yat Plaza (next to the hotel). In-house guest can redeem their parking ticket at reception counter.

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5 % Tax is not included.  10 % service charge per room per night is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs MYR 32.20 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged MYR 69.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
