Tai Zi Heen: The award-winning restaurant serves fine Chinese cuisine, including an interesting and delicious selection of dim sum. The impressive creations can be sampled within a modern and elegant atmosphere created by wood, marble, glass and original art. Eccucino: A melting pot of exotic Asian and classic western dishes, this restaurant serves wood-fired pizzas, tandoori dishes and grilled dishes from an open grill. Mezzanine Lounge: Located on the second floor, this chic lounge bar serves a wide selection of beverages, cocktails, snacks, sandwiches and pastries. Guests can also enjoy morning and afternoon tea here. Enju Located on the second floor, this restaurant fuses traditional and modern Japanese cuisine and serves it with an excellent selection of exclusive sake. Terrace Poolside Bar & Grill: Soak up the sun while lazing by the pool and tropical garden. Tasty snacks, light meals, drinks and sundaes are served here. Fidel’s Cigar Room: Luxurious yet relaxing, this is the place to indulge in the rich aroma of exquisite cigars from upscale brands. Fine liquor, cocktails and wines complete the enjoyment.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5 % VAT is not included.  10 % service charge per room per night is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs MYR 45.00 per person.  Buffet breakfast costs MYR 22.50 per child under 6 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged MYR 110.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
