Hotel Maya features 207 spacious rooms, including 107 suites with rustic timber flooring, contemporary furnishings and floor-to-ceiling glass panel overlooking the spectacular Kuala Lumpur skyline. All rooms have specially designed interiors to enable natural light to reach all parts of the room. You can also make use of the in-room check-in service (with prior arrangement) or the 24-hour reservation services. For any emergencies, you can have peace of mind knowing that there is a doctor on call 24-hours. In-room dining is available to you anytime of the day (please see the Food and Beverage brochure for more information). Pillow Talk: To ensure you get a good and relaxing night’s sleep, the hotel has a selection of pillows for you to choose from.

Hotel Maya prides itself on its personalized services, one of which is the complimentary round-the-clock butler service. The floor butlers are on call 24 hours a day and services include pressing of 5 items of clothing upon arrival. Anggun Spa offers a multitude of treatments, including Malay urut, Thai massage, even shiatsu, all enjoyed in the comfort of private treatment rooms for individuals or couples. Located on floor 3, the indoor hydrotherapy pool is comfortably heated to body temperature to assist in improving blood circulation. The therapeutic water massage jets relax and calm different parts of the body.

Food & Beverages

Anggun Spa has a healthy food bar called Anggun Cafè, which serves organic food. This includes quick nibbles and healthy lunches. This café also serves various salads as well as all time favourites such as pizza slices and pasta. Ramah Tamah is a bright, yet cheerful deli. It combines a welcoming and friendly atmosphere with an exquisitely simple menu. The tranquil atmosphere of the Lobby Lounge allows you to relax and unwind with snacks, cocktails and mocktails from 20:30-00:15. Sky Lounge, located on level 13, has spectacular views of the Petronas Twin Towers and KL Tower. Accessible for in-house guests only, it doubles up as a library and a place where you can enjoy pre or after dinner drinks and a cigar. Open daily from 12:00-00:00 Still Waters provides a contemporary dining experience with strong Japanese presence, serving Sosaku’ cuisine, which means creative cooking. Maya Brasserie is an ideal place to sample the best of local and international favourites. Personal Chef in your suite: For special occasions or for a more intimate meal, Hotel Maya introduces a chef’s personal service in the comfort of your suite. Dinner is specially brought up to your suite, and our personal Chef is able to prepare Sosaku or modern Japanese cuisine from Still Waters, or delectable Malay cuisine from Maya Brasserie. To enjoy this personal chef service, kindly let the hotel know 3 days in advance.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5 % Tax is not included.  10 % service charge per room per night is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged MYR 80.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
