Travel information

We can easily be reached via the A5 exit Eschborn/Kronberg A5 and the A66. When you reach Kronberg on the Frankfurter Strasse street, turn right into Jacques-Reiss-Strasse, cross the train crossing and turn left into Ludwig-Sauer-Strasse. The hotel is 100 metres on the right. By train: From Frankfurt main railway station take the S4 towards Kronberg and exit at the last stop. The hotel is opposite the railway station behind the car park.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
