Our guest rooms feature modern, comfortable facilities including Scandinavian furniture, blackout curtains and TV with 24 channels (including 7 international channels in 7 different languages and 4 pay-per-view channels).

Hotel details

We speak English, German, French, Swabian and Pfälzisch; when needed, we can also speak a little Russian and Polish. A public PC with internet access is available at a cost of EUR 1 per 15 minutes.

Food & Beverages

Our comprehensive breakfast buffet is available from 06:00 until at least 10:30 each morning. The hotel does not have its own restaurant, but within walking distance you find a variety of restaurants to suit every taste and budget. On the 10th floor of our hotel you find a small bar which is open until 02:00 each night.

Internet

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 8.00 per hour. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
