Vila Tatjana has no reception desk so we kindly ask you to report on your day of arrival at our main reception desk in Porentov Dom, Čičare 2, Kranjska Gora. It is in 5 minutes' walking distance from Vila Tatjana or a 1-minute drive by car. The opening hours are every day from 08:00 to 23:00.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

20 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.01 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 2 to 7 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.  All children from 7 to 14 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
