Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate.  Lunch costs EUR 9 per person per night.  Dinner costs EUR 9 per person per night.  Half board costs EUR 15 per person per night.  Full board costs EUR 23 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10 per night per person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 25 per night per person for extra beds.  All children from 5 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night per person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
