We have modern conference and business facilities for you and your clients. Our air-conditioned congress area with state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment provides everything necessary for your business events. A hot and cold buffet service will make sure your meetings and functions go smoothly and comfortably. Upon request, we can provide additional specialised conference equipment. We offer full support with the organisation of different types of business and personal gatherings from 10 up to 100 people or more.

Food & Beverages

Near the reception on the ground floor is Klass Caffé, an indoor bar with an outdoor terrace with a view of Kranjska Gora’s mountain peaks. The bar is open from Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 22:00 while on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and on Public Holidays the bar is opened from 08;00 until 23:00. Besides a rich selection of drinks, we also offer hot and cold snacks.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

20 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.51 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 5 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
