Cucina – is a large, high-energy, and contemporary restaurant featuring a variety of Asian and Western cuisines with a Hong Kong, Chinese prominence. Multiple show kitchens that stimulate ones senses of sight, sound, smell and taste. The proximity of the preparation and elaborate, colourful counter displays of food integrate the diner as part and parcel of the action, creating the desired level of theatre-like experience.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

VAT and city/tourist taxes

Tax is not applicable.  10 % service charge per room per night is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs HKD 180.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 14 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged HKD 400.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
