Rooms

The newly renovated rooms range in size from 12 to 23m², and are fitted with large double beds (1.8m in width) in the 2 larger rooms and a smaller double bed (1.4m in width) in the smaller room. The private, marble bathrooms come with toiletries and towels. Guests receive a bottle of water per person and a map of the area.

Hotel details

Guests are kindly requested to check in from 13:00 and check out by 11:00. Earlier check-in can be arranged on request.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible). 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 6 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
