Hotel details

Check-in and check-out can only be arranged with the company who rents the apartments, ANIMOD GmbH, on weekdays from 9:00 until 18:00 and on weekends when arranged in advance. If you want to make contact outside of these times, they can be reached by telephone. The reception desk in the entrance hall is there to keep Europe’s largest apartment block safe. If you have any questions to do with the apartment, the desk attendants will not be able to answer them. You must contact ANIMOD, who are at your disposal.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.  Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed). 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
