The Mauritius Hotel and Therme’s spa area is 3,500 square metres in size, and features an extensive range of facilities. These include 7 Finnish saunas, 2 steam rooms, 3 Jacuzzis, and indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Guests can also benefit from a number of spa services and programmes, such as massage, cosmetic treatments and water aerobics. Function rooms are also available for family gatherings, groups and business seminars of up to 50 people.

Food & Beverages

The hotel restaurant serves an extensive selection of regional and international specialities. The restaurant is open from 12:45 to 15:00, and again from 19:00 to 22:30 during the week. At weekends, and on public holidays, the restaurant is open from 12:15 through to 22:30. Guests can also enjoy a snack and salad buffet from 11:30 to 23:30 daily. A comprehensive breakfast buffet is also available from 07:00 to 11:00 during the week. At weekends and on public holidays, the buffet is open from 07:00 to 11:30. The hotel bar serves a large selection of beverages, ranging from traditional Kölsch beer to fine wines.

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 5.00 per hour.

Private parking is possible at a location nearby and costs EUR 10.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
