Travel information

The hotel is only about 150 metres from Cologne’s central railway station. Leave the main railway station through the Breslauer Platz exit. Turn left and continue to the end of the square, then turn right across the Eigelstein road. The Eintrachtstrasse is the next street on the left-hand side.

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
