Food & Beverages

On summer days you can enjoy a sumptuous breakfast in the garden of the inner courtyard. Hotel guests can also relax with a drink from the well-stocked hotel bar at any time of the day or night. Savour coffee with cake in the afternoons, and wind down in the evenings over a perky cocktail or a refreshing local Kölsch beer.

All reservations of parking slots have to be confirmed by the hotel.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable.  Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 16.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
