Food & Beverages

The Hyatt's Glashaus restaurant offers American breakfast buffets, imaginative lunchtime creations, delicious coffee blends, assorted cakes, and gourmet dinners. On Sundays, you can help yourself to a rich breakfast buffet until 14:00. The Schälsick Bar and Terrace welcomes you to enjoy tasty Kölsch beer, delicious snacks, and hearty regional dishes. Boasting wonderful views of Cologne's Old Town and cathedral, the Hyatt Biergarten (beer garden) invites you to relax with a traditional Kölsch beer. Here, you can spoil yourself with regional specialities, colourful salads, barbecue delights, as well as tasty ciabatta bread and healthy wraps. From April, the Biergarten is open from 16:00 until 24:00 from Mondays to Fridays. On Saturdays, it is open from 14:00 until 24:00. On Sundays, it is open from 11:00 until 24:00. The beer garden is only open in fine weather.

On Sundays, you benefit from late check-out until 18:00.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

American breakfast costs EUR 27.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
