Food & Beverages

Please note that guests need to prepare their own breakfast.

Guests arriving after 20:00 must arrange this with the hotel in advance and will have to pay a fee. Arrival after 24:00 is not possible.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 20 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 10 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 5 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 8.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Baby cots are not available.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
