Get your day off to the perfect start by visiting the breakfast buffet in the Porzer Kaffeehaus, where you find something to suit all tastes. In our Piccolo bar you can round off your day in a pleasant atmosphere. Several small bar meals are available, along with a range of beverages including Kölsch – Cologne’s famous lager.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 1.20 per 30 minutes.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 12:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 6 to 12 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
