Arriving by car: - At the Heumar junction head towards Aachen and leave the A4 motorway at exit no.13 (Köln-Poll/Porz) - Turn right into Kölner Straße and turn right again at the Citroën building to enter André-Citroën-Straße - The next road on your left is Oberstraße Arriving by rail: - From Hauptbahnhof (main railway station) take the underground as far as Neumarkt and then take the S-Bahn (city rail) line 7 or 8 towards Porz-Zündorf, and get out at Westhoven/Berliner Straße - Head towards the Rhine - Turn left into Oberstraße and you will reach the hotel after a few metres

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 14:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged EUR 22.00 per night and person for extra beds.  One child under 4 years is charged EUR 18.00 per night and person in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
