The hotel is located in Mülheim, on the outskirts of Cologne. You can reach the river Rhine on foot within 2 minutes. It takes 35-45 minutes to walk through the beautiful Rheinpark and on to the city centre and cathedral, which lie on the other side of the river. The nearest underground station can be reached on foot in around 8-10 minutes.

You can drive to the hotel from the cathedral and city centre within 10 minutes The Cologne exhibition grounds and Cologne Arena are only one km away. You can drive there from the hotel within 3 minutes. The public transport connections at the central railway station and cathedral will take you to the hotel within 12 minutes. The nearest underground station is approximately 10 minutes from the hotel.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 45 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 7.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
