Travel information

From the A48 motorway between Cologne and Trier, take the Ochtendung / Kobern-Gondorf exit, and drive towards Kobern-Gondorf. Pass the cemetery, and after a left turn you will see a sign for our ‘Zur Kupferkanne’ hotel. Take another left turn into a side-street, go straight on and the hotel is in the 6th street off to your right.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 5 to 10 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.  One child from 10 to 12 years is charged 80 % of the room stay per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
