Hotel details

The spa features 7 treatment rooms with Hydrotherm beds, a relaxation lounge and ESPA and VitaMan product and treatment ranges. There is also a colour therapy sauna, fibre-optic steam room, fast-tan sun bed and a large, fully equipped gym and activity studio with daily classes. There are 2 outdoor floodlit tennis courts. Please call the hotel to advise them of any special requirements that will make your stay more enjoyable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 10:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One child under 4 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.  One child from 5 to 10 years is charged GBP 4.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  One child from 11 to 16 years is charged GBP 8.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
