Food & Beverages

After a wonderful night’s rest, you can enjoy a wonderful Clos Margaux breakfast. Every morning an extensive, continental breakfast awaits you in de attractive living room. Choose from a wide selection of fresh, tasty ingredients. With sunny, warm weather you can have your delightful breakfast out on the sun terrace. If you have special requests for breakfast, please let us know at check-in. We will do our best to meet your wishes. There is a small bar in the hall on the ground floor, where you can help yourself to whatever you wish. Your tab won’t be charged till check-out.

Please kindly note that Mrs. Saskia requests you to contact her at least before 12.00 am the day of your arrival in order to give you the access codes. You will find the phone number on your confirmation after the reservation process. NB. The B&B can only accept cash payments, no credit card payments.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first two nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
