Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years are charged EUR 20.00 per night for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 50.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
