Apartment amenities include a bathroom with bath and shower facilities, and a pantry-style kitchen. All of the apartments offer either a balcony or a terrace with a view of the lake and the surrounding landscape.

Guests at the Seeresidenz Klink have the opportunity to book a number of facilities and services at the Schlosshotel Klink and Altes Guthaus hotel. These include table reservations at the various restaurants, tennis courts, badminton courts and spa facilities. The hotels can also organise fishing passes, boat rides and stagecoach rides. Guests can make free use of the spa facilities and panoramic swimming pool at the Schlosshotel Klink, which is only 30 metres away. Smoking is not allowed in any public and private areas of the Seeresidenz Klink.

Food & Beverages

Eateries serving a wide range of specialities, from rustic dishes to refined cuisine, are located in the vicinity. If you wish, you can book breakfast at the neighbouring Schlosshotel Klink at a surcharge of EUR 10 per person per day.

The reception is open from 08:00 until 16:00. Please note that your reservation can only be guaranteed until 16:00.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 10.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per stay for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
