Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 12:00 on the date of arrival, 50 percent of the first night will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included.

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
