Please note that occasionally the access roads to the city centre can be closed. In this case it is not possible to park the car directly at the hotel but only at the town gate (about 70 metres away). Please contact the hotel once you have arrived at the gate. Hotel staff will be happy to assist you with your luggage and parking.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.79 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 6 to 11 years are charged EUR 40.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 60.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
