Area information

Kitzbühel is the golf centre of the Alps and has 4 golf courses in town and another 19 in the surroundings. The owners are enthusiastic players and host the weekly Erika golf tournament. Golfing equipment can be rented in the hotel free of charge. Excursions to Tyrol's most beautiful courses are also organised.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.79 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Half board costs EUR 20.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 4 to 10 years are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 11 to 15 years are charged EUR 35.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
