Golfing in Kitzbühel - nowhere else in Austria do golfers have such a broad selection of courses, with 4 in town and another 19 in the surrounding region. 145 km of perfectly groomed slopes, 18 km of marked skiing routes reflecting all degrees of difficulty, great deep-snow hills, plus 65 km of ski runs served by snow-making equipment provide skiing and snowboarding pleasure well into April.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 7.00 per night and person for cots.  All children from 2 to 16 years are charged EUR 29.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
