Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of USD 15.00 will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

12.5 % Tax is not included.  USD 11.00 service charge per room per night is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children or adults stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
