Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

20 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.  80 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 21 days prior to arrival and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

13 % Tax is not included.  USD 75.00 service charge per stay is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable.
