The 4 different restaurants offer much variety. Try some light – French gourmet creations in the award-winning Schlemmerzimmer restaurant (awarded with 15 points in Gault Millau 2007). Our wine restaurant Toppolino is the heart of our gastronomic offer and spoils you with refined regional cuisine. Enjoy good-value Italian specialities in our rustic restaurant Al Forno. You can have light, healthy snacks in the Taverne, in the spa area. We especially recommend the international table waters. Bring the evening to a fine close with cocktails, sherry or tapas, in the Hippo Bar, with its Spanish and Moorish flair.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 31 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 22 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 8 days before date of arrival, 65 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 65.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
