This Guest House has standard rooms and Harbour View rooms. They are both decorated very simply with nice little touches.White linnen,Decanters of Port,Full Bathrooms including Baths and Queen sized beds.

This Guest House has 9 rooms, six which are Harbour View with balconies sitting over the water.It has an amazing conservatory for serving breakfast and dinner.All our breads are made here, as Siun the owner is a chef. Homemade chocolates are a speciality in this Guest House.

Food & Beverages

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all freshly prepared by the resident chef. The chef combines classic French influences with modern Irish flair to create his dishes. Local seasonal ingredients are used and there is an extensive wine list to complement them.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible on site.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

21.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 10.00 per person.  Full English breakfast costs EUR 20.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 11 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
