Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % Tax is not included.  10 % service charge per room per night is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

American breakfast is not included and costs USD 10.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  One older child or adult is charged USD 24.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 24.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
