Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of GBP 100 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged GBP 30 per night per person for cots.  All children from 3 to 12 years are charged GBP 30 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
