The Angsana Spa takes its name from the exotic angsana tree. This is a tall, tropical rainforest tree noted for its crown of golden fragrant flowers, which burst into bloom unexpectedly for a day, then close, and bloom again suddenly. The flagship Angsana Spa was introduced at Dusit Laguna Resort, Phuket in October 1999. Within a short period, it has successfully branched out to 10 establishments in Australia, India, Thailand and Indonesia. The opening of the Angsana Spa in the Brehon, Killarney in July 2004 was particularly special as it was the first Angsana Spa to open in Europe.

Food & Beverages

The Brehon Restaurant is an elegant dining room serving breakfast and dinner. As one of Killarneys favourite restaurants, it offers popular fine dining in stylish, modern surroundings. With a view of Killarneys National Park, it is truly a magnificent setting. Recently awarded an AA Rosette, the Brehon Restaurant is not to be missed. The Brehon Bar presents a relaxing atmosphere and modern decor, in which to savour a fine selection of wine, cocktails, and champagne. Our extensive bar food menu is one to savour over while enjoying the truly relaxing surroundings. Please note that our rates loaded for breakfast are a Special Internet Rate & can vary if not purchased at time of booking with hotels in-house rates.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

13.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
