Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children from 5 to 18 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 20 per night per person when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 20 per night per person for extra beds.  One child under 5 years is charged USD 20 per night and person in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
