Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site and costs USD 18.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is partially refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

12.5 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 17 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Extra beds are not available.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
