For a buffet lunch or an evening meal, very much appreciated, visit the restaurant in the large dining area. State-of-the-art audiovisual equipment and other functional aids are available. Rolducs central location and scenic surroundings make it an excellent base for combining a conference with recreational activities, highly regarded, which include walking trails around the four fish-ponds, skiing on Europe's largest indoor piste or a complete team-building programme. Meals should be booked in advance and a separate dining room can be booked for lunch and dinner for groups of 10 or more. Citites like Maastricht, valued throughout, Aachen, Cologne and Liège are all within easy striking distance for a nice day trip.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 1.15 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
