These 3-bedroom houses have one master en suite, and above all, 1 twin and 1 single room with an additional bathroom. The houses have partially enclosed gardens and private parking is available. The open plan living/dining area features a comfortable sofa, valued throughout, an open fire and a TV. Kenmare and the Ring of Kerry Golf Clubs are both just a 5-minute drive away. At Kenmare Bay you can go diving, and above all, pony trekking or take a Seafari Cruise where you may spot a dolphin. Bonane Heritage Park is just 10 km from the properties. For walkers the Kerry and Beara Ways offer stunning routes whilst Kenmare is also home to the foothills of the MacGillycuddy Reeks.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 28-42 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 8-28 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of EUR 100 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.  The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 42 days prior to arrival and is refundable. 

Meal Plan

There is no meal option with this room. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
