Rooms

The Guesthouse is on two floors and open throughout the year. All 58 non-smoking rooms are en-suite and equipped with a refrigerator and microwave. There is also a comfortable sitting room with TV and internet facilities.

Hotel details

The electrical system in the rooms is American (110 volts). This is suitable for most computer and mobile telephone chargers. In the Lounge room there are 220 volt outlets. The hotel offers a 24 hour shuttle bus service. Rates are quoted in EUR on our website. Please note however that charges will be made in ISK based on the exchange rate from EUR to ISK on the day that the charge is made.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in some hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free private parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
