The apartments are located near Kaunas Castle (with its famous ghosts), Kaunas Town Hall, the historical Vytautas Church, Vilnius Street (the main street connecting the old town with the pedestrian Liberty Alley), the Presidential Building (when Kaunas was Lithuania's temporary capital), Liberty Alley, the Akropolis (the biggest trade and entertainment mall in Lithuania), the Devil's Museum, the War Museum and the M.K.Ciurlionis Museum.

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 3.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
