Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is free of charge for children up to 3 years.  Breakfast costs EUR 7.25 per child under 8 years.  Breakfast costs EUR 10.00 per child under 12 years.  Breakfast costs EUR 15.00 per person.  Dinner costs EUR 30.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 3 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for cots.  All children from 4 to 12 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
