All rooms were renovated in 2008. 100 rooms are now refurbished in modern style, while 38 rooms have retained a traditional style.

The hotel's pub, the Bishop's Arms provides a genuine English pub atmosphere. The pub is renowned for its extensive and exciting range of both beers, whiskies and a broad and varied pub menu. The Bishop's Arms is popular with both guests and locals.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Public parking is possible at a location nearby and costs SEK 100.00 per day.

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

12 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  All further children under 2 years are charged SEK 100.00 per night for cots.  One child under 12 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.  All further older children or adults are charged SEK 200.00 per night for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
