If you are approaching from Basel, leave the motorway via exit 48 and continue towards Rheinstetten/Landau. Turn left when you reach route B3. Turn left when you reach route L605/Willy-Brandt-Allee. Turn left into the Kanalweg. Turn right into the Ohiostraße. If you are approaching from Frankfurt, leave the motorway via exit 44 and continue towards Karlsruhe on route B10. Follow the Durlacher Allee, then turn right into the Bertholdstraße. Follow the Adenauer Ring to the Willy-Brandt-Allee. Turn right when you reach route L605/Willy-Brandt-Allee. Turn left into the Kanalweg. Turn right into the Ohiostraße.

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
