Our 91 rooms are available in various room categories and most feature a bathroom. There is also an internet connection cable for your laptop.

Hotel details

Private or business events for up to 30 people can take place in our meeting rooms, while celebrations or events for up to 60 people can be staged in our breakfast room.

Food & Beverages

In the mornings we serve a sumptuous breakfast buffet in the cosy breakfast room.

Reap the benefits of our extras and get cheap tickets on public transport in Karlsruhe, free entrance to the Karlsruhe Zoo (limited number), telephone wake-up calls, internet and other reductions. Our hotel is a member of the "Stadt-gut-Hotels" group.

Internet

Wired internet is available in public areas and charges are applicable.

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 4.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
